1500W Solar

Victron SmartSolar 150/60 Tr solar charger is fed by 4 x 375W Monocrystalline solar panels.

Dual Multiplus 24/3000/70 inverter/chargers run split-phase into a Victron 50A Autotransformer.

This configuration gives you a fully balanced load draw allowing full inverter utilization up to 4800W continuous load. The breaker panel has been carefully planned and completely rewired to balance loads as to never overload the autotransformer.

20.5kwh LifePO4 Battery System

Yes, you read that right. That’s 20,480wh of lithium battery power running at a native 24V. This is 15x deliverable power compared to a standard RV.

Victron VRM Remote Management

Custom loaded Raspberry Pi running the Victron Venus software, completely up-to-date. The Pi is connected to all systems the Victron Solar, Victron BMS and both Victron Multiplus units as well as four temperature sensors for a complete snapshot and management of the RV no matter your location. The RV is also pre-wired for an iPad Mini for additional remote management.

Temperature Monitoring

The battery bay/outside temperature, living room, bedroom and refrigerator temperatures are all monitored by RuuviTag 3n1 devices. The Victron VRM system records historical values of temperature and humidity as well as fires alarms for high temperatures on the refrigerator or low temperatures in both the battery bays as well as the inside living quarters. Temperature monitoring is invaluable if you keep a pet or traveling away from your RV. 

Tesla Charger

This RV comes with a Tesla OEM car charger with a maximum output of 16A @ 240V or 3840W (via a 20A 220V breaker). The charger is removable without tools in preparation for travel.

Custom Computer Desk

This RV feature is a solid-wood custom manufactured computer desk equipped with dual 24 inch monitors built into the desk. The monitors are pre-wired for a Mac Mini. A Mac Mini mount is also included. Additionally it features soft-close drawers and a large cabinet storage area. The RV features wired PoE ethernet to the router from the computer. This both allows your computer to be hardwired and since power is delivered over ethernet the use of a voice over IP phone.

Cellular AND Starlink Connectivity

This RV feature is a dual SIM Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro 5G. This is the latest generation 5G router offering full 1G speeds. Additionally there is a professionally installed Starlink high-performance, in-motion dish on the roof. The router offers WiFi as WAN, GPS and cellular access via a 7-in-1 Parsec antenna on the roof. Because of the amazing capabilities of this Pepwave router you can seamlessly blend cellular and Starlink connectivity together while also taking advantage of terrestrial Wi-Fi that may be available to you at your current location using the WiFi as WAN functionality. The Pepwave router and Starlink are wired directly to 24V and do not require shore power or the inverters to function.

Network and Video Connectivity

This RV features a 12V industrial PoE switch with hardwired Ethernet connections to all 4 cameras, the 4 channel video recorder, the TV cabinet (for Xbox or media appliance) and the computer desk. Additionally an HDMI wire was run from the AV media center in the living room to the bedroom TV to allow for dual TVs to watch the same input source.

Dish Network

The RV is equipped with an RV satellite dish and receiver. The dish is completely motorized and automatically aims itself at each new location. Programming can be activated 30 days at a time with no contract. Since an HDMI cable has been run between the living room and bedroom TVs the satellite signal is viewable anywhere on the RV.

Alarm and Cameras

This RV features a complete security and surveillance system. A Qolsys IQ Panel 2 powered by Alarm.com is connected by cellular and Wi-Fi to the monitoring station. All external bays as well as the entry door are connected to the system. Additionally the RV features a motion detector, carbon monoxide, smoke, freezing temperature and shock sensor (for theft). The system is also fed by 3 exterior cameras and 1 interior camera which are all recorded 24/7 to the onboard video recorder with redundant hard drives. This entire system, including the video recorder, is powered by 12V. 

Amazon Alexa powered Smart Home

The entire RV is connected to a smart home. All 12V lights are controllable via Alexa both in the app and voice command. Additionally the plugs that control the sofas, media center and bedroom are controllable via Alexa for easy on/off control. The ceiling fan and color changing light within are also controllable via Alexa.

Water Filtration

In addition to the factory installed whole RV water filtration system this RV features a 5-stage reverse osmosis system that is directly plumbed to the ice machine as well as the cold water side of the kitchen sink. The reverse osmosis system also features a 3 gallon water storage tank. The entire system is professionally mounted within the belly of the RV. It only requires maintenance once per year.

Bed

The mattress was replaced with a CoolBreeze 10 inch Gel Memory Foam RV King premium mattress with matching sheets and comforter.

Washer/Dryer

A washer and dryer set was professionally installed. 

Water Softeners

Dual 16,000 Grain water softeners are included with the proper hosing to connect them in parallel.

Digital Door Lock

The RV lock has been upgraded to a keyless entry keypad with key fob access.

Upgraded Propane Tanks

Both propane tanks were upgraded from the standard 30lb to 40lb tanks. Additionally the line sets were changed to accommodate the larger tanks. The RV will be delivered with full tanks.

Shower

The showerhead was upgraded to a Waterpik 2.5GPM head for increased water volume and flow. It also features a water savings setting for when running off-grid.

Air Conditioning/Heat

The RV was upgraded for a third 1 ton air conditioner in the kitchen area. Additionally both the living room and kitchen air conditioners have had the control boards changed and 1500W electric heat strips installed. The bedroom air conditioner features a factory heat pump. The InCommand control system software has been professionally modified to run the heat strips via the touchscreen or mobile app.

12V Accessory & USB

Installed in the underneath storage compartment is a 12V accessory outlet and USB plugs to power devices when stored underneath or to charge devices when camping outside.

Spare Parts and Accessories

The RV comes complete with a large selection of spare parts such as: Roof sealant, grease & grease gun, 5th wheel accessories, and spare water filters. It also includes premium crush resistant sewage hoses, ‘Y’ connectors, elbows and multiple fittings.

Also for sale separately is a brand new  2023 GMC 3500 DRW truck. Fully equipped with all factory available options as well as a matching B&W 5th wheel receiver. The truck also has a professionally installed bulletproof mount with a tire pressure monitoring system and the Garmin RV 890 GPS system. The GMC also has approximately 2 years left of the highest level OnStar system, including onboard Wi-Fi, safety protection and remote control features.
